When Is My Payment Due?
Your Payment is Due on the 1st of every other month. It is listed on the front of your invoices. A late fee of $20 will be applied to any balance that is 10 or more days late.
Can My Invoice Be Emailed Instead of Mailed?
Yes! In 2026 Curbside decided to move to paperless billing. A fee of $3.50/2 months will be added to your invoice if you wish to still have a paper invoice. Please email us at CustomerService@CurbsideWaste.com or call us at 763-504-CURB (2872) to set up email billing.
How do I Transfer My Service to My New address?

Can I Put My Service On A Vacation Hold?
We offer vacation hold with a minimum duration of 2 weeks with a maximum of 6 months. Only one per year. Please contact our customer service team at CustomerSerivce@CurbsideWaste.com or call 763-504-CURB (2872) to request a hold of service.
What Time Do I Need To Have My Bin Out For Collection?
Our trucks run from 6AM-6PM. To ensure your pickup is completed, please have your containers out before 6AM or the night before. Pickup time may vary from week to week for a variety of different factors.
How Do I Dispose Of Bulk Items?
Curbside has 3 convenient bulk item drop off sites. Dayton, Savage, and Big Lake. For more information, check out our drop-site page on our website. If you want it picked up at your address, please email CustomerService@CurbsideWaste.com or call us at 763-504-CURB (2872) to get a quote and scheduled for pick up.
How Do I Report A Missed Pick Up?
If you feel we missed your pickup and your container was curbside by 6AM, please email CustomerService@CurbsideWaste.com or call 763-504-CURB (2872) as soon as possible. We will try to get you recovered within 24-48 hours. If unable, we will take extra bags on your next service day, free of charge.
What Size Bins Do You Offer?
35 gallon (2-3 Kitchen size bags)- 65 gallon (5-6 kitchen size bags) -95 gallon (6-7 kitchen size bags)
How Do I Request New Service?

How Do I Report A Damaged Cart or Container?
Please contact our customer service team at CustomerService@CurbsideWaste.com or 763-504-CURB (2872). We can replace a damaged cart (normal wear and tear) free of charge.
What If I have Bags or Items That Won’t Fit In My Bin?
Extra trash or bulk items that don’t fit in your bin or stick outside of your bin with the lid open may incur additional charges. Minnesota is a volume-based state, and you are billed bi-monthly for what can fit inside of your container with the lid closed.
How Do I Know Which Week Is My Recycle Week?
Select cities have weekly recycling. If you are every other week pick up, you are “A” or “B” week. Please see our attached calendar on the Home Page of our website. Contact customer service at CustomerService@CurbsideWaste.com or 763-504-CURB (2872) if you are unsure of your specific week.
How Do I Cancel My Service?
To cancel service, please call our office at 763-504-CURB (2872). Our customer service team can assist you. Service will remain active until we are informed. We do not accept cancellations from third parties. We do not offer refunds for prepaid services.
What Is Your Holiday Schedule?
You can find our Holiday Schedule on our Recycling Calander. We are closed for the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Visit our website for information on holiday service delays.
How Do I Sign Up For Your Online Portal
On the Home Page of our website you will want to click on “customer login”. From there you will click “Register” Insert your account number and access code that you can find on the front of your invoice. If you need assistance finding which week you are, please reach out to our customer service team.
