Residential FAQ

Please have your cart(s) at the curb by 6:00 a.m. Most people find it more convenient to put them out the night before your pick-up day.

Please call our office as soon as possible. We will do our best to come back the same day to pick-up your garbage. If this is not possible, we can arrange an off day pick up, for an additional cost.

Yes. Minnesota is a volume based state, anything outside of your trash cart is an additional cost. Please contact our office at least 24 hours prior to your service day to get a quote and schedule the pick up.

Please call our office to arrange for your cart to be exchanged. There is no charge for carts needing replacement due to normal wear and tear.

Curbside Waste’s recycling service is unlimited. We will pick-up any recycling you have out on your recycling day, as long as it is properly bundled and/or in recyclable bags.

Cardboard boxes can be flattened and tied into bundles no more than 3 feet by 3 feet by 1 foot tall and placed next to your recycling cart. There is no charge for additional recycling.

Leaves, grass clippings, weeds, brush and small branches. Branches must be 3 feet or less in length and tied in bundles no more than eighteen inches in diameter.

No. Due to Minnesota Recycling laws we are not able to pick-up your yard waste in plastic bags. If you put your yard waste at the curb in plastic bags, our driver cannot remove them.

Please let us know as soon as possible. We hate to lose or disappoint our customers & would be happy to take a look and see if we can do anything with your rate.

Call us by 10 AM the next day and we’ll do our best to go back. If we’re unable to return, we’ll take extra trash bags on your next service day.
